EnglishParts.com is not responsible for any errors that may exist on our website whether
it is a description or the price of a part. Lets face it mistakes happen, if we
find a pricing issue with an order that you have placed we will make every effort to contact
you and let you know of the error. By no means does EnglishParts.com offer a price guarantee.
If there has been a price change that we have yet to update on the website or if it was
entered incorrectly, Terrys Jaguar will not be responsible to honor that price.
Engel Imports always supplies the best parts we can find. All parts are
guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from
invoice date, and we will replace the part or refund the purchase price if any
item proves to be defective. We can accept no responsibility for failure of
related parts or for removal and installation charges. In no case does
Engel Imports liability extend beyond the purchase price of the item in
All parts in stock are shipped upon receipt of an order. Any item not in stock
will be backordered and supplied as quickly as possible, unless requested
otherwise. Charges for shipping are based on the total value of the order.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
This fee will be waived only if the buyer purchases items of equal or
more value, at the time of the return.
Some parts require a core charge. This means that when you send us back the old part,
you will receive a refund of the core charge. Please be aware that in order to
receive the core refund, the old unit must be intact (not disassembled in any way)
and returned to us in the Original box you received from us.
Returns are accepted for refund, less the 15% restocking fee, not including
shipping charges, within forty-five days of invoice date. To be accepted for
return, parts must be in brand new condition along with their original packaging
and able to be sold again to another customer. Electrical units and bearings of
any kind cannot be accepted for return unless they remain sealed in original
packaging. A copy of the original invoice must accompany returned parts.
If your order was damaged in shipment, please call Customer Service at

claim and start the process of replacing your parts. Please keep the damaged
part and all packing materials in case the shipping company needs them for the
