If the part(s) you order
are in stock in our Decatur, Ga. warehouse, and the order is received by
12:00 pm (est), (edt), we will ship the same day at no extra charge.
(Unlike some of our mail order competition who charge extra for this same
day service.)
If the parts are not in our
local stock, and are a Moss part # (111-111) format, we will order them
from Moss the next business day, receive them in our warehouse 3-4 business
days later, and we will ship to you that same day we receive the parts.
Normal time frame is you place order on day 1, we place order w/ Moss,
receive order, ship order to you on day 5-6, you then add the
appropriate number of days in transit via UPS as posted below.
If the parts you order are
NOT Moss part #'s, delivery times are approx. 1 week from our supplier to
us, then shipment time to you.
If necessary, put a note in
the messages portion telling us when you need delivery and we will try to
accommodate your request.
We will ship by
GROUND UPS
unless Air Delivery
is specified. Due to
the ever-increasing and confusing air shipping scenario, ground shipping is the
preferred method.
Truck Freight: Shipments under $1200 which are too heavy or
large for our parcel services will be shipped via truck freight. Truck
freight orders must be prepaid in advance by credit card. A
single truck freight item on a multiple item order will result in the
entire order being shipped via truck.
Oversize shipments-- Shipments under $1200 and designated oversize by
UPS will be charged actual freight. Shipping costs are charged on a per shipment basis. We reserve the
right to charge actual shipping plus a small handling fee in order to
cover our costs. Shipping tables below are for estimates only. We will charge you
these quoted rates whenever possible.
Orders shipped within Georgia will be charged applicable state sales tax.

UPS has changed their "oversize package" charges. We reserve the
right to convert to actual charges on orders under $1200 where the
package is considered oversize by UPS.

UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground
package you ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states,
except for any ground package originating in Alaska or Hawaii. Service Map colors may vary due to

Guaranteed Air Delivery Service
Guaranteed service applies only to orders for parts in stock in our
Decatur, Ga. warehouse at the time we receive the order. We will notify
you if the parts are NOT in stock via e-mail. You can then
decide to cancel or proceed with the order under normal shipping
constraints. We are no longer able to predict UPS air shipping rates,
therefore we are no longer quoting rates for air shipments in advance.
We will determine shipping costs (TBD) at the time of shipment and add
them to your total. We do not make profit on shipping as do some of
our competition.

Atlanta Imported Auto Parts, Inc guarantees that orders in
stock received before12:00 p.m. eastern standard time will arrive on time (barring weather problems, or "Acts of
God"), or shipping and handling charges will be adjusted to actual
shipping charges.

Next Day Air is guaranteed to be delivered by the end of the
business day, the next business day after shipping, depending on
destination.

2nd Day Air is guaranteed to be delivered by the end of
the business day, on the second business day after shipping, depending
on destination.

Guarantee applies to orders with a real or dimensional weight of
50 pounds or less. If over this amount, we reserve the
right to charge actual shipping charges and will contact you with
your total or with other shipping options.

Saturday Delivery: Next day delivery orders placed on Friday
for Saturday Delivery will be charged an additional $10. Saturday
delivery is not available in all areas..

WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty: All new products are warranted to be free from defects in
material or workmanship. All new products unless otherwise specified, are warranted for 1 year or 12,000 miles.
Atlanta Imported Auto Parts, Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or
replace any part that fails in service within the warranty period. The
warranty does not cover labor, failure or related components or failure
resulting from alteration, misuse, accident damage,
faulty
installation or
faulty repair. Brake pads, brake rotors, clutch pressure plates and clutch
discs are not covered under warranty other than manufacturer's. Warranty for all components must be
supported by the proper registration documentation including the original
purchase invoice. All parts are subject to manufacturer's warranty on
workmanship and materials. Atlanta Imported Auto Parts, Inc will not be
responsible or liable for labor, incidental or consequential damages of
any kind. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the cost of the product.
Returns: If you need to return a part, contact us via
e-mail to get an RMA#.
We consider all sales final unless a part is either: (1) Defective (2)
Other than ordered. A return will not be accepted after 180 days. Returns
must be made in original cartons and must be in t be in NEW-SALE condition.
Parts on which installation has been completed or attempted by you or
anyone else are not returnable. Parts which has been disassembled,
drilled, welded, cut, painted or modified in any way can not be returned.
Any
incomplete kit can not be returned. Purchaser has full responsibility
for the condition of the part. All returns must have RMA# and must be
shipped back prepaid. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No refunds on air freight unless return is caused by our error.
E-Mail is always the preferred method of
communication. By using E-Mail it helps us to keep our costs down enabling
us to pass the savings on to our customers.
Core Charges: Core charges are charges
on items that are remanufactured. The core charge is added to your order
and normally assures you will return a unit that can be sent to the
manufacturer to be rebuilt. Without the constant flow of rebuildable
units, those items will become unavailable and discontinued. The
core charge will be refunded per the policy below:
1. Ship core unit(s) back to us postpaid, no
COD's, please.
2. Refunds will be issued only for parts that
have been purchased from us. Core returns must include a copy of
your original invoice, packing list, and/or core tag.
3. For a refund the core must be rebuildable,
complete, undamaged, and fully assembled. Cores returned with excessive
fluids, non-rebuildable cores, and unidentified cores will not be refunded
and will be disposed of at our discretion. In addition to the above
policy, specific core refund requirements are found where part appears on
website.
4. Upon receipt and approval of your core, the
core charge will be refunded in the same manner as payment was originally
made. Refund process may take 7-10 days after receipt of core unit,
depending on manufacturer.
